I’m Sarah Patka , Chef & Founder of Love & Flour Bakery
As a kid, I was obsessed with making and eating desserts.
I’ve always been a believer of the quote “Do what you love”
Food has always been a big part of my culture and family life, my love for desserts comes from a deep rooted place in my heart.
I knew from the day I set foot into a professional kitchen I was born to bake. After having worked in the kitchens at Taj Mahal Palace and Trident, where I developed my baking skills under some of the best pastry chefs in Mumbai, I decided to take my passion to the next level with Love and Flour.
What is so different about Love & Flour?
Love & Flour was born keeping in mind a “no wastage policy“, hence we work on a pre ordering format.
The idea is to create –fresh, unique, tasty, creative & eye appealing desserts – usually other Bakers don’t offer –
At Love & Flour, I strongly believe that a dessert must be enjoyed with all its ingredients which is why i adopt a “ no substitute policy “ meaning we use all ingredients such as a sugar , flour , butter, etc.
A run through the menu and you will see conceptual different desserts we create and formats we style them into.
Every month, we curate a wide and unique range of home bakes products that are customised to perfection.
Even during festivities, we come up with limited edition offerings in a variety of flavours.
