Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refund policy:

1. All our products are Made-To-Order, packed with extreme care in curated packs to make sure you receive them in their best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your products, we can provide a refund only in the form of store credit. No monetary refund will be provided.

1. Cancelled Orders will not be entitled to a refund, only credit note can be issued for the same amount.

Cancellation by Love & Flour:

1. Under certain circumstances it may not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. 
2. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on ingredient quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. 
3. Should there be any cancellation from our side, we will refund the amount to the customer.
